What the service does
Formkit accepts HTML form submissions and forwards them by email. It is provided as a narrow utility, not as a guaranteed storage, archival, workflow, or compliance platform.
Acceptable use
- Only use the service for lawful and authorized submissions.
- Do not use Formkit for spam, phishing, malware delivery, fraud, or harassment.
- Do not upload blocked or dangerous file types, or attempt to bypass service restrictions.
- Do not use the service in ways that create unreasonable load, abuse shared infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the forms you publish and the content they collect.
- You are responsible for having permission to collect and transmit the data you send through the service.
- You should not use Formkit for secrets, medical data, payment data, or other highly sensitive information unless you have independently decided that email delivery is appropriate.
Availability and suspension
The service may be rate-limited, changed, interrupted, or suspended at any time. Forms that are abusive or place extreme strain on the service may be restricted or disabled.
No warranty
Formkit is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Delivery may fail, be delayed, or be filtered by receiving mail systems.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also subject to the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Formkit after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
